If only one section is dented and the rest of the door, springs, and hardware are sound, replacing a single panel is usually the more affordable fix. We recommend a full new door when multiple sections are damaged, the panels are discontinued, or a new door costs about the same once matched.
My car backed into the door — can a panel be swapped?
